We do not receive, hold, maintain custody of, or exercise control over user funds or financial assets, nor do we initiate or disburse funds or payments on behalf of users. Any payments or transfers between two or more parties are facilitated separately through a secondary company or authorized third-party payment provider, pursuant to separate agreements and applicable compliance requirements. Empowermint.AI is not a party to any investment transaction unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Each user, investor, issuer, purchaser, seller, and other party participating in or considering any transaction through or in connection with Empowermint.AI (collectively, "Transaction Participants") acknowledges and agrees that they are solely and independently responsible for conducting their own due diligence; verifying the accuracy, completeness, legality, and reliability of all information, representations, and disclosures; evaluating the merits, risks, suitability, and terms of any proposed transaction; obtaining independent legal, tax, accounting, financial, and investment advice from appropriately licensed or qualified professionals; and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Empowermint.AI does not independently verify, certify, endorse, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by third parties; the identity, qualifications, financial condition, or performance of Transaction Participants; or the legality, suitability, profitability, enforceability, completion, or outcome of any transaction. No information, communication, introduction, recommendation, technology-enabled output, or other service provided by Empowermint.AI shall constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, a fiduciary undertaking, or a representation or guarantee regarding any transaction.
Each Transaction Participant expressly acknowledges that participation in any transaction is undertaken voluntarily, independently, and at their own risk, and that they are not relying on Empowermint.AI as a substitute for their own investigation, judgment, or independent professional advice.

Empowermint.AI is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, lender, payment processor, law firm, or tax advisory firm. We do not offer financial, legal, or tax advice, and we do not act as an agent, custodian, escrow provider, or intermediary for investment funds.
Our role is limited to introducing and supporting connections between parties. Any investment, funding, or commercial agreement is entered into solely by the participating parties, who bear full and independent responsibility for their decisions, actions, due diligence, documentation, negotiations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and expressly assume all associated financial, legal, and commercial risks, including potential losses, disputes, or adverse outcomes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Empowermint.AI does not receive, hold, maintain custody of, control, authorize, or transfer funds on behalf of users. Any payments or fund transfers are processed independently through a separate company or authorized third-party provider, subject to their own agreements, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Transaction parties remain solely responsible for their payment instructions, transaction decisions, and associated risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empowermint.AI disclaims liability for payment delays, errors, losses, disputes, or acts or omissions of independent payment providers, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
